We are back in the full swing of rocking it out outside on the big beautiful decks at the Ridge!! Weather permitting☀️ $10-20 sliding scale. 60 minutes of mindful movement and then build community over a complementary glass of wine or cider! 6:30-7:30pm every Wednesday You do not need to register for this class! Extra matts available.
